Healthy Apple+ Beetroot+ ginger juice






PREPARING APPLE BEET GINGER JUICE

INGREDIENTS

  • Large Crisp Apples
  • Large Beet
  • 1 piece Ginger Root
  • Sugar 
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • slice of lemon (optional)





INSTRUCTIONS

1. Wash apples, beet, and ginger and cut into large chunks. 
-Place it all in the blender with the water and sugar.



2. Blend the fruits


3. Strain the juice through the strainer/sieve




Serve the juice!






ADVICE:
-Beetroot fruit can lower blood sugar and blood pressure
-Beetroot juice can help to improve digestion.
-Beet juice may help protect you from cancer.
-Ginger acts as a detox to your body
