Easy Chocolate Cake Recipe

                                              



Chocolate Cake Ingredients:

For Cake baking
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar (If sugar has large granules grind it until powder)
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1  teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup of hot coffee
  • 1/2 cup of oil
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar/lemon juice
For frosting:
  • 3/4 cups butter or margarine, softened
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips/Chopped chocolate

Instructions
 Preheat oven to 350F (180C)

1.In a bowl add wet ingredients i.e vanilla,hot coffee,oil,white vinegar/lemon juice 2.Mix the dry ingredients~In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder, and sugar. 3. Mix well 4. Pour wet ingredients mixture from no.1 in flour mixture no.3

5 &6. Mix using wire whisk or spatula 7. Grease inside surface of baking pan with butter/oil and pour the mixture in it. 8.Place the baking pan in pre-heated oven, bake for 30-35 minutes, Check with a toothpick to see if it is done. Bake a few minutes more, if needed.

Remove the cake and let it cool in a cooling rack,like seen below.



Frosting a cake
 1.Put chocolate chips/Chopped chocolate in a bowl   2.Heat butter and milk in a medium flame 3.Let butter and milk boil for 1 minute  4.Pour the mixture into chocolate chips bowl and let the chocolate melt.
5.Mix the mixture using wire whisk until smooth and shiny  6. Spread aluminium foil over the cake and cooling rack 7. Pour the mixture over the cake and spread it evenly with a knife or flat spatula.
8. You can sprinkle some  dry sliced almonds or peanuts over the cake to make it look yummy.



Slice it and serve.
