Beef grilled Mishkaki



INGREDIENTS
-Beef steak1kg
-Ground Black pepper 1 teaspoon(optional) 
-Salt 1 tablespoon
-Beef masala 1 tablespoon
-One 1 large red onion cut into pieces.
-2 carrots, 2 green peppers cut into slices



FOR THE MARINADE
-Pound ginger 1 tablespoon
-Minced garlic 1 tablespoon 
-Apple cider vinegar 1/2 cup
-Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
-Cooking oil 3 tablespoons and 1/2cup oil for grilling method
-1/4 cup of honey(optional)


DIRECTIONS
1.Wash the meat and cut into smaller pieces, Use mortar and pestle pound ginger set aside, pound garlic set aside

-Prepare 10-12 skewers.
 (If using wood skewers, be sure to soak them in water for at least one hour before use).


2.In a bowl, mix together beef masala,salt,black pepper and rub for the pieces of meat,combine well so that all the meat pieces are covered with spices.


3.In another large bowl,put all the ingredients for the marinade,and cooking oil 3 tablespoons and mix them well, after that add the spiced beef to the marinade,mix well with your hands
.

-You can choose to mix the ingredients with your hands for 30 minutes or After mixing all the ingredients,Cover your bowl and refrigerate for 3 hrs or overnight.
-Remove beef from fridge 1 hour before grilling.

5.Thread the meat,the green pepper,carrot slices,onion slices onto prepared skewers

6.Light the charcoal stove with medium heat.

7.Grill on medium high for about 10-12 minutes, turning every two minutes during cooking and brush the meat with more oil to prevent drying. Grill until desired color

Serve warm with fried potatoes chips and sauce
