INGREDIENTS
-3/4 green cabbage finely cut into small pieces.
-3 medium carrots grated.
-1 cup Mayonnaise
-2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
-salt
-1/4 tsp black pepper
-Honey 1 tbsp
INSTRUCTIONS
1.Chop cabbage,carrot and onion into smaller pieces then, place them in a large mixing bowl.
2.In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise , apple cider vinegar,salt,black pepper,add honey if you want the mixture to be sweeter) and whisk together until fully combined, to make coleslaw dressing.
3. Pour the coleslaw mix (mixture no.2) into cabbage,carrot and onion mix
4.Mix and stir until well combined
5.Refrigerate for at least 30 mins before serving so flavors can meld.
NOTE: Cole Slaw is a side dish best served with BBQ Chicken,Barbecue ribs,Potato salad, burger etc.
